My sister Tracy is holding a yoga retreat this April in Campiglia Italy from the 12th – 15th….if you don’t fancy getting limber, you can come hunting for vintage bike frames with me.
Four days of yoga in Campiglia will make you feel like you have been away for weeks.
First yoga class starts Thursday pm, two on Friday, two on Saturday and the last class Sunday Morning.
There are two houses with 2 or 3 people in each room. There is a kitchen, cooking can be shared. Breakfast is included. There are lots of local restaurants and cafes if you would like to eat out.
We have a hire car(small cost) for transport to beaches and Spa, it will be cheaper than taxi’s and will save time as the buses don’t run all day.
You can look on my website which does not have this retreat up yet, but the travel details are the Same. (British airways, Ryan air and Easy Jet to Pisa)
The apartments charge £25 per night. (Dagmars yoga studio and Sandra Sabatinis house) There will be five yoga classes. One in the early morning and one in the early evening, £170 for yoga.
You can come early if you want to spend a day in Pisa, Florence or sight seeing in the local area.
For those who have been before you know there is plenty of time and space to relax and have fun !!
Massages and other beauty treatments can be booked once in Campiglia. Feldenkrais would have to be booked in advance
Please bring your own yoga mat and I always find a nice dress comes in very handy !!
